Doubleberry Hosts MKE Laravel Meetup

Haven’t heard of Laravel? It’s what all the cool kids are talking about. Laravel has only been arround since 2011; however, Sitepoint.com cites Laravel as the most popular PHP framework for 2013, claiming over 25% of the marketshare (http://www.sitepoint.com/best-php-frameworks-2014). This past year Doubleberry has developed two sites in Laravel and expects that many more customers will benefit from the custom programing capbilities this powerful framework has to offer.

We believe that open source frameworks couldn’t exist without a community behind them. That’s why we’ve created a meetup group designed for Milwaukee (& the greater area) Laravel developers to get together, share experiences & ideas, and form a network that can improve the quality of Laravel projects. For the first Meetup, Nereus has offered to give a tutorial on “Creating a simple CRUD application”. He will also be happy to answer any other questions he can.
